I help people transform their lives and businesses, enabling people to create the life and business they love . Having started seven businesses from scratch, I know what’s involved, I know how stressful it can be, how joyous it is when things go well, and how deeply exhausting it is when things don’t. 

 

Having the right people in place to support you is essential, whether that’s your own staff or an external you bring in for their expertise.  However, knowing who you need and how you find them can be seriously challenging. Having an experienced coach and mentor can support you to make the right decisions and find the road map you need to guide you and your teams to where you need to be. It’s like having your personal sat nav for the future. 

There is no one size fits all. Every client is unique and has different needs. I created Empower Coaching International in 2012 after qualifying as a Certified Coach with the ICF (International Coaching Federation), and having been in business for 35 years. Working with big corportates, national NGOs and SME’s, I have the experience and track record. I love what I do and have a wide range of tools to draw upon that enables me to get to the nitty gritty of what you might need. Together, we will break down each challenge, develop a clear yet simple strategy to resolve it, understand the barriers, and identify what success looks like for you.

  • PCC member of the International Coaching Federation

  • ILM Level 5 in Coaching and Mentoring

  • Certified Neurolinguistic Practitioner

  • CMI Level 5 in Leadership and Management

 

Coaching is like going on a journey of discovery about yourself, your team and your business. Understanding them all on a much deeper level, knowing what you need to change, what you need to do, who you need and how you find them. I will walk shoulder to shoulder with you – finding creative solutions together.
