When our business was navigating some pretty big changes, we knew we needed someone special to keep our senior leadership team (SLT) in high spirits and fully engaged. Enter Heather, not just a top-notch coach and mentor, but a person with a heart of gold.

For over a year and a half, Heather was our rock. She worked closely with each SLT member, not just as a coach, but as a trusted friend. She crafted Personal Development Plans for everyone, really getting to the heart of what each person needed and dreamed of. This was a game-changer for us; it meant we could genuinely support our team's growth for the long haul.

She introduced us to Motivational Mapping – and, wow, was that an eye-opener! It was like getting a map to each team member's inner drive, showing us how diverse our motivations really are. This insight was invaluable for us directors. It helped us gel as a team and boosted our productivity.

Heather guided us through creating our three-year Strategic Plan, focusing on the Triple Bottom Line: People, Planet and Profit.  Her input was crucial in shaping a plan that aligns with our commitment to Environmental and Social Governance. Thanks to her, we're now on track for B-Corp accreditation.

Honestly, Heather has been a godsend. Her wisdom, support, and caring approach have been phenomenal. She's been such a vital part of our journey that we've asked her to join our Advisory Board. We can't recommend her enough.
