Heather has been fundamental to the shift in how our company is now functioning. LanesHealth is a 4th generation pharmaceutical company where all 5 of the next generation are actively involved in the company in a variety of ways and levels. 

 

Our main aim as a family is to continue to grow and develop the success of the business whilst aligning to our values, being mindful of the impact our business has on our staff, customers and the environment and continually looking at ways we can improve what and how we do things.

 

Heather has worked with us all over the last 7 years coaching, facilitating and mentoring us individually and as a group, empowering us all to be the best we can be on our own and then together as a team.
