Personal & Leadership Development Case Study 

A business owner wanted to appoint a member of staff to director level but was uncertain as to the suitability of the chosen team member.  I worked with them to understand the strengths and weaknesses  of the individual from their perspective and then with the individual themselves to see if they wanted this level of responsibility.  Looking at how the roles and responsibilities could be divided  we worked collectively to consider the way forward and determine how this new structure would work. The company has gone from strength to strength.
