Motivational Mapping Case Study

The owners of a business were planning on making a family member the new MD and their partner a director. they both received 1:1 and joint coaching to consider this option.. Using the Motivational Mapping tool it became apparent that theses roles were in fact the wrong way round was clear the partner was keen to be MD and had the skill base and motivation to do it effectively. 

We used the tool with the whole team and conducted both individual and team profiling. This gave extraordinary insight into how this small team could effectively take the businesses forward and ensure their own personal goals and aspirations were achieved. An appraisal process was also put in place to review performance and enable a truly collaborative management structure.
