Strategic Planning Case Study

A business needed to revisit its Strategic Plan and reassess its focus and aims for the future. The core aim was to develop a three-year Triple Bottom Line Plan to allow the business to fully embrace sustainability and to embark on its B-Corps accreditation journey. 


I delivered a series of workshops with the SLT and the wider employees, to identify the revised aims and ambitions of the business and to ensure they were fully sustainable. The group workshops were enhanced with 1-to-1 coaching with individual members of staff to consider how their own actions impact on the strategy. This was essential as any successful Triple Bottom Line Strategic Plan must have full buy in from everyone in the organisation not just the leadership team, 


As a result of the workshops, the company has produced its Triple Bottom Line Strategic Plan  embedding this ethos into their operations. They successfully achieved  B-Corps accreditation.
